  The G17 is one of the lightest and most comfortable vest on the market today. The vest weighs just 0.77 pounds per square foot. It measures less than 6mm (1/4 inch) thick.  This model NIJ threat level II, which means that it has gone through a rigorous battery of tests insuring you that you are getting the best protection on the market today.

Much time and research has been devoted to the development of this model and design.  We have chosen this design because there is less possibility of bunching up or wadding within the carrier when shot.  You may have seen a demonstration or advertisement where the panel is wadded almost into a ball, right in the hands.  Well the same thing can happen when the panel is shot.  If

you stand the chance of multiple hits, you do not have time to stop and

straighten your panel within its carrier, in preparation for the next hit.  This is the reason for choosing the design that we have.  We believe we have made the best choice in design, with the best interest of the officer in mind.

Model G15, a threat level IIA model looks very much like the G17 but

is a monolithic design.  The aerial density is 0.7 pounds per square foot. Front back and side coverage. Designed to defeat a 9mm bullet with a weight of 124 gr., traveling at a velocity of 1120 ft/s.

Model G27. A threat level IIIA model gives you the highest threat level that the National Institute of Justice will allow to be certified as a concealable vest.  The G27 is also designed with Goldflex technology  and has an aerial density of 1.2 pounds per square foot.  This is a very flexible vest to provide you with the best comfort and fit coupled with great blunt trauma protection.
